【摘要】 本文详细讨论了鳍线和鳍线PIN SPST及SPDT开关的基本特性,给出了鳍线PIN SPST和SPDT的设计方法。利用这种方法,我们第一次成功地实现了Ka波段鳍线PIN SPST和SPDT开关。测试结果表明,所做的PIN开关是令人满意的,完全可以满足系统的使用要求,且已提供用户使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the basic characteristics of finline and finline PIN SPST and SPDT switches are discussed in detail. The design methods of finline PIN SPST and SPDT switches are given. By these methods, the authors first realize the Kaband finline PIN SPST and SPDT switches. The measurement results show that the PIN switches made by the authors are satisfactory and they can satisfy the requirements for systems and part of them is provided for the user.更多还原
