【摘要】 本文分析了目前粗支纱摩擦纺机和细支纱摩擦纺机的特点。作者设计了一种纤维分梳和输送形式。试验表明,该形式适纺支数范围较宽(148—18.5tex),能以1—2根条子喂入,纺制纯棉纱和各种纤维的混纺纱;可纺制内外层的纤维组分不一样的夹花纱;在安装附加装置后也可纺制包芯纱和花色纱。该装置机构简单,占地面积小,可供设计中、粗支纱摩擦纺纱机时参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,the features of friction spinning machines used at present for coarse-yarnand fine-yarn were analyzed and a new device for fibres opening and transferring was de-signed.After tests,it was shown that this device could be used for a wider range of yarncounts(148-18.5 tex)by feeding 1 or 2 slivers,it could spin pure cotton yarn,some blend yarnand the yarn with different fibres for sheath and core.If an optional attachment was mount-ed,it could also spin core yarn and fancy yarn.The device may be,therefore,used as areference for designing friction spinning machines for coarse and medium count yarns.更多还原
