烘箱法测羊毛回潮率的大气压力修正

【摘要】 烘箱法测定的回潮率与烘箱所置的大气条件有关。作者为了探索由于各地大气压力差异所带来的影响,用羊毛通过真空烘箱并改变其真空度的方法来模拟,从而得出了大气压力对所测回潮率的关系和导出了修正公式。进一步的推论指出,其他纤维所处的大气压力对烘箱测定回潮率的关系,是大气压力改变值对该材料的剩余回潮率按比例的截取值。它的最大影响一般不超过其剩余回潮率的三分之一。

【Abstract】 The regain of textile materials get from the oven method is related to atmospheric condition in which the oven is placed. In order to probe into the influence caused due to differences of atmospheric pressure, in this paper wool material is used for test and the vacuum oven is adopted. Authors changed oven’s vacuum pressure to simulate different atmospheric pressure in our country so that the change of atmospheric pressure is accordingly transfered into the change of vacuum. The results get from the latter in our experiments is equivalent available to the former: the actual condition in ordinary routine text. Thus the relation of atmospheric pressure against regain determined are obtained, and its correction formula has been worked out. Authors pointed out the further deduction: on other fibres corrective quantities of the relation of atmospheric pressure against regain of the oven method are calculated and expressed in scale of the residual regain and degree of vacuum. Its maximum corrective quantity usually is smaller than 1/3 of its residul, regain.
