论地震作用下多层平扭耦连建筑的刚心

【摘要】 本文探讨地震作用下多层平扭耦连建筑的刚心,证明一般非对称多层建筑不存在刚心。文中提出了振型刚心的概念,导出了计算公式,由此得到一个推论,通过实例证实了它的正确性。

【Abstract】 In the past, it was said that there was a rigidity center at each floor of a multi-storied torsionally coupled building, so that no torsion effect would occur if the mass center at each floor was located in coincidence with it under earthquake action. Some authors suggested some formulae to specify the location of the so called rigidity center. But this is incorrect. This paper verifies with dynamic theory that no such rigidity center exists in torsionally coupled buildings and that all formulae suggested to find the so called rigidity center are useless in eliminating torsional response during an earthquake shock. Several calculation examples are given to show the correctness of the thesis presented in the paper.
