函数跟踪插补法及其在数控曲轴车床中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF FUNCTION TRACING INTERPOLATION TO THE NUMERICAL CONTROL OF THE CRANKSHAFT
【摘要】 本文概述了以Z80 CPU为核心部件,应用函数跟踪法插补原理,通过PIO,CTC,8279等可编程序外围接口芯片,控制C630车床,加工195等曲轴部件的微机数控装置。该装置经过一年多的运行经验,抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,曲轴加工精度、光洁度均符合质量要求,效率比普通车床手工操作提高1.5倍以上,具有实用和推广价值。
【Abstract】 This paper describes a microcomputer numerical control system based on Z-80 CPU,programable interfaces PIO,CTC and 8279 chip.This system is usedto control the lathe C630 fon the machining of the crankshaft.Through the testoperation for more than one year,it proves to be highly reliable.The precisionand smoothness fulfill the requirements.Its efficiency is 1.5 times higher thanthe manual operating lathes.
