大骨节病病区玉米中提取物毒性实验观察

【摘要】 1984年6月~9月在大骨节病病区和非病区取玉米样品共77份,其中活跃病区7份,病区45份,非病区25份,提取分析了挥发碱性氮,其中仲胺在活跃病区为3.31±0.64μg/g;在病区为2.12±0.32μg/g;非病区为1.47±0.5μg/g。用活跃病区玉米低级胺类提取物作大白鼠毒性实验,LD50为133.01μg/kg,推算病区成人致死量大约是276.76mg~341mg/kg

【Abstract】 From June to September, 1984, 77 maize samples were taken from ende- mic areas of Kaschin-Beck disease and non-diseased areas, among which 7 samples were taken from severely diseased area, 45 from common endemic areas and 25 from non-diseased area. Volatile alkline nitrogen was derived and analysed, amine contents in it from severely diseased area, commonly diseased area and non-diseased area was 3.31 ±0.64μg/g, 2.12 ±0.32μg/g and 1.47±0.51μg/g, respectively. Toxicity test on lower amine from maize extracts was made with white rats and,LD50 was 133.01mg/kg. It can be calculated that the lethal dose of lower amine for adult man was about 276.76-341.00mg/kg.
