【摘要】 本文介绍了杉木球果烘干机的结构、工作原理,并以生产试验的实例说明该机的工作特点。 该机是樟子松球果烘干机推广应用的改进产品。除在热风发生炉,控温装置,烘干塔等方面改进外,还根据我国南方气候潮湿球果含水率高的特点,增设了废热利用装置——球果预干室。通过该室对新鲜的杉木球果进行预干,不仅降低了球果的含水率,保证了种子的原有品质,还可提高热风的利用率,节省能源,降低生产成本。

【Abstract】 The structure and the working principle of cedar-cone baking dryer was introduced. Working characteristics were shown by the testing example. The machine is a improvement product of scotch pine-cone baking dryer in application. Except for some improvements on the heat wind stove, the temperature controlled device and the baking tower, the preseasoning chamber-a kind of waste heat utilization device was designed according to the characteristic of high moisture content of cone and humid climate in the south of China. By preseasoning fresh cedar-cones, not only reduced the cone moisture content and kept the seed quality, but also increased the availability of heat wind, economized in energy and depressed prime cost.
