【摘要】 本文主要研究了兴安落叶松板材的干燥方法:汽蒸高温脱脂干燥——常规干燥方法和汽蒸高温脱脂干燥——真空干燥方法。试验结果表明:汽蒸高温脱脂干燥(干、湿球温度100℃,汽蒸时间9—10 h)对落叶松板材的脱脂,效果良好。采用以上两种干燥方法干燥50 mm厚落叶松板材,二者的干燥质量及干燥速度相近,均能大大缩短干燥时间,消除了落叶松板材易开裂缺陷。由于真空干燥设备复杂,干燥成本高,建议推广采用汽蒸高温脱脂干燥——常规干燥方法干燥落叶松板材。更多还原

【Abstract】 Drying methods of dahurian larch boards are studied: Steam high temperature degreasing drying—conventional drying and steam high temperature degreasing drying—vacuum drying. The experimental resul ts show that conventional method acheives good degreasing effect on larch boards(dry bulb temperature and wet bulb temperature is 100℃, steam time is 9—10 hours). The thickness of 50mm larch boards dried by above two methods are similar in respects of drying quality and drying rate, moreover, drying time is greatly shortened and seasoning crack of boards is eliminated.
