【摘要】 本文采用国产ZSY-1型流动注射分析仪及其附属设备,建立了植物中淀粉含量的流动注射碘比色分析法。通过对红松苗木,白皮松种籽等植物样品中淀粉含量测定及其与化学法对照实验和外加已知淀粉样品回收实验,都取得了满意结果,样品回收率在90％以上。本文系统探讨了分析检测流路及显色剂载流的选择和分析检测条件;深入讨论了该方法的准确度、灵敏度和精密度。FIA法测定淀粉具有:样品前处理简捷,干扰少、误差小、重复性好;选择性佳,灵敏度、准确度、精密度高;分析测定速度快、费用低、适于短时间内进行大批量样品淀粉含量测定等特点。更多还原

【Abstract】 The iodine colorimetrictry of flow injection for starch contents in plants was developed using flow injector, model ZSY-1, the starch contents of seedlings of pinus koraiensis, seeds of pinus bungeana were determinated. the recover experiment was conducted by adding standard substances in different concentration during the sample pretreatment, the rate of recovery is over 90%. The programs of determination, choice of colorant current and checking condition were studied systematically. There are characteristics of simple pretreatment, small interferenec and error, good repeatability, the method is quickly, the starch can be determined in short time for a lot of samples.更多还原
