林业拖拉机在松软地面和冰雪地面上的通过性研究

【摘要】 林业拖拉机采用什么样的行走机构比较好,虽然需要考虑各方面的因素,但主要取决于在松软地面上和冰雪地面上的通过性能。本文以国产J50履带式拖拉机和J-80轮式拖拉机为样机,从理论和试验二方面对此进行了研究,用牵引系数和驱动效率作为评价指标。结果认为:在松软地面和冰雪地面上,履带拖拉机通过性较轮式拖拉机为好。

【Abstract】 Many factors should be considered in selecting the walking mechanism of the forestry tractor,but the principal one is the pass performance in the soft soil and the ice-snow ground.In this paper,we study it against the prototypes of the caterpillar tractor,J—50,and wheeled tractor, J—80,in the analysis and the test and use the traction coefficient and the drive efficiency of the tractor as the evaluation indexes. The result is that the pass performance of the caterpillar is much better than that of the wheeled tractor in the soft soil and the icesnow grand.
