可伐合金与铜复合材料热膨胀特性

【摘要】 研究和分析了可伐合金与无氧铜复合材料的热膨胀曲线和在热循环中(室温至400℃)复合材料的热膨胀特性。测定了复合材料中不同复合比(体积%)对热膨胀性能的影响。结果表明,虽然可伐合金和无氧铜的膨胀系数差异很大,但芯材无氧铜占复合线总体积比小于22%时,铜芯对复合线的总体积热膨胀曲线的特征不变。

【Abstract】 Thermal expansion characteristics of oxygen-free Cu/Kovar composiLe were investigated, with the relationship between expansion and cooling measured in a thermal cycle from room temperature up to 400℃. The effect of component ratio (in % of volume) on thermal expansion was measured. Experimental results show notwithstanding that Kovar’s expansion coefficient differs significantly from oxygen-free Cu the effect cf Cu core on composite wire’s thermal volume expansion characteristic remains unchanged , if the volume of oxygen-free Cu core is less than 22% of the total volume of composite wire.
