电磁搅拌对铝合金凝固过程的影响
Effect of Electromagnetic Stirring on the Solidification Process of Aluminium Alloy
【摘要】 通过对铝合金铸锭在旋转磁场作用下凝固过程中的传热、传质和组织状态的实验研究,分析了旋转运动作用下产生倾斜柱状晶的原因;确定了Al-Cu合金在某一旋转运动条件下产生倾斜柱状晶的溶质含量的临界值和其它一些规律;并分析了电磁搅拌产生特征偏析的原因。
【Abstract】 Heal transfer,mass transfer and structure of Al alloy ingots were investigated experimentally under the action of a rotary magnetic field,i.e., the rotary electromagnetic stirring. The reason why inclined columnar crystals are formed under such a rotary movement is discussed so as to define critical concentration of inclined columnar crystalline solute and some other principles concerned of Al-Cu alloy. The reason why characteristic segregation is caused by electromagnetic stirring is also discussed.
