电渣重熔过程微型计算机32路巡回测温系统

【摘要】 所研制的电渣炉微机测温系统有32个测温点沿高度分布在结晶器壁及其冷却水中。系统硬件结构包括热电偶传感器,前置滤波放大电路,12位32路A/D转换板,微机和打印机,本系统采取了一系列抗干扰措施,软件用Z80汇编语言编写,利用CTC二个中断分别控制时钟计时和定时巡回采样,使用方便,运行可靠,现场测量误差为2—5%。

【Abstract】 A 32-Channel microcomputer system for temperature measurment in ESR furnace was developed. There are 32 sensors distributed on mold wall and in cooling water along the height. Its hardware system is mainly composed of thermocouples, a preceded filter amplifier circuit, a 32-channel A/D converter of 12 bits, a computer and a printer.To avoid the interfereuce due to the suro-unding strong electromagnetic field,proper measures are taken. Program is written in Z-80 assembly language, using two interrupts respectively for clocking and circularly sampling by means of CTC. It has been proved easy of control, reliable and accurate within 2-5%.
