射频传感金属液位检测系统的研究

【摘要】 本文首次报告了适用于冶炼、浇铸、连铸以及非晶态制备等多种工业生产过程中的金属材料液位射频传感检测系统。文中概述了该项研究的基本物理设计思想,给出了若干静态模拟实验及现场动态实验结果,最后指出该项研究的应用价值及实用范围。

【Abstract】 A new measuring system was developed by means of radio-frequency transmission for detecting liquid metal level in various industrial production processes, such as smelting, mould and continuous castings and amorphous material preparation. The physical design is described conceptually, with some experimental results given from static simulations and dynamic tests in situ. Availability and limitation of the newly-developed level detecting system are pointed out.
