家蚕浓核症病毒中国(镇江)株核酸结构的研究

【摘要】 我们利用制作DNA限制图谱和核酸分子杂交的方法对BmDNV中国(镇江)株核酸结构进行了研究。结果证明其DNAⅠ和DNAⅡ具有不同的碱基序列,BmDNV中国(镇江)株可能是由两类不同的DNV病毒粒子组成的混合物。
【Abstract】 The structure of nucleic acids of BmDNV was studied bymeans of DNA restriction patterns and nucleic acid molecularhybridization. It was proved that there are differences in base sequences between DNA land DNA I,and the BmDNV may be the complexes composed of two kinds of DNV articles.
