丙烯酸异冰片酯(IBA)-苯乙烯(St)共聚合物的合成及其性能的测定
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF COPOLYMERS OF ISOBORNYL ACRYLATE(IBA)-STYRENE(St)
【摘要】 共聚合反应中 M1为 IBA,M2为 St,其竞聚率γ1=0.35±0.05,γ2=0.54±0.02;共聚物具有良好的光学性能,折光指数随苯乙烯链段增加而提高,n20D 1.50—1.60,对于可见光透光率可达100%;共聚物的熔融指数较高,随苯乙烯链段含量增加而下降,共聚物的 Tg 在85—95℃之间;共聚物硬度较高,布氏硬度值在20℃测定是18—19kg/mm2;共聚物分子量增加,压缩与拉伸强度提高。
【Abstract】 Copolymers of IBA-St were synthesized.Reactivity ratio of the copoly-merization,optical and mechanical properties of these copolymers weremeasured.1.Reactivity ratio:When M1 is IBA and M2 is styrene,r1 =0.35±0.05, r2=0.54±0.02.2.Optical properties of the copolymers:These copolymers are transpa-rent material with 100% transparency in visible region.Their refractiveindex are changed with cotents of styrene segment in copolmers,nD20of thesecopolymers are in the region of 1.50—1.60.3.HB hardness of these copolymers are 18—19kg/mm2,Tg 85—95℃.Tensile strength of these copolymers are increased with increasingin mole-cular weight.When viscosities of these copolymers are in ηsp1.4—2.0 at25℃,copolymers show good mechanical properties.
