【摘要】 观察了普通核桃(Juglans regia L.)和河北核桃(J.regia×J.mandshuricaMaxim.)花粉母细胞(PMC)的减数分裂过程并检测了其花粉生活力、研究分析了两种核桃的核型。结果表明,普通核桃 PMC 减数分裂基本正常,河北核桃 PMC 的减数分裂过程大都极不正常,发现有单价体、落后染色体和 MNLB 现象。普通核桃的核型为2n=2x=32=20m+10sm+2T;河北核桃的核型为2n=2x=32=18m+12sm+2T。作者对核桃科的系统发育等问题进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 The meiosis process of J.regia L.and J.hopeiensis Hu.(J.regia×J. mandshurica Maxim.) was observed and their pollen activity was measured. The chromosome karyotypes of two species were analysised.The results ind- icate that the meiosis of J.regia is basically normal and its karyotype form- ula is 2n=2x=32=20m+10sm+2T;the meiosis of J.hopeiensis is very irreg- ular i.e.univalent,lagging chromosome and MNLB and its karyotype formula is 2n=2x=32=18m+12sm+2T.Some problems such as phylogeny of Jugland- aceae were discussed.更多还原
