【摘要】 以牛脑MBP为抗原,用ELISA法测定40例散脑、14例精神分裂症及42例对照病人的CSF MBPA。发现散脑患者的CSF MBPA的阳性率为95％,其平均值亦明显增高(p〈0.001)。CSF MBPA水平高低可反映病程早晚、病情轻重和脑电图异常程度。CSF MBPA可作为散脑早期诊断的一项客观标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using myelin basic protein (MBP) foem bovine brain as antigen, the anti-myelin basic protein (MBPA) in CSF of 40 patients with sporadic encephalitis, 14 patients with schizophrenia,and 40 patients with non-organic haadache as control, were determined by ELISA, The positive rate of CSF MBPA in patients with sporadic encephalitis was 95%, and its value was elevated markedly. The difference between the mean value of the patients with sporadic encephalitis and schizophrenia, and control group are significant (p<0.001) . The level of MBPA in CSF correlated with the sev vereity of clinical condition, the degree of ahnormality of EEG, and the course of disease. The results suggest that CSF MBPA could be used as an early diagnostic mark for sporadic encephalitis.更多还原
