【Abstract】 The purpose of this article is to discuss the urban environmental beauty and its building as well as the goal, princiole and tactics of construction of urban environmental beauty. Autor holds that the urban environmental beauty is the goal of urban construction, is the starting point and destination of comprehensive treatment of urban environment. The urban environmental beauty with oneself style and charm should be constructed according to the scope, performance and function as well as their natural characterist- ic.
