渗硼层中择尤取向沿渗层深度的分布

【摘要】 本文研究了碳钢及两种合金钢,经渗硼后渗层中Fe2B的择尤取向程度与沿渗层深度的分布。研究结果表明:在相同的渗硼条件下(950℃/6h),钢的含碳量及合金元素含量不同,除渗硼层的形态具有众所周知的明显不同外,剥层x射线衍射分析结果表明:1),无论哪种渗层形态,沿方向均有明显的择尤取向;2),渗硼初期生成的Fe2B是无择尤取向的;3),在层深较厚时,Fe2B的晶向与试样表面相垂直的择尤取向程度由表面向心部逐渐加大,但在这一加大过程中择尤取向程度是有波动的;4),经第二次渗硼后的试样,Fe2B的晶向的择尤取向程度较第一次渗硼试样的更大。

【Abstract】 The Preferred orientation of the Fe2B grains along the case depth of the borided layer in six carbon steels and two alloy steels was investigated by means of a special x-ray diffraction method on specimen surfaces with successively ground off layers. The results show that when the conditions of boriding keep unchanged(950℃/6h) and the contents of carbon and alloying elements in the steels are different, besides the well-known significant differences in metallographic morphologies of the borided layers, the following conclusions can be drawn from x-ray diffraction analysis: 1) All the borided layers investigated have a significant preferred orientation with the Fe2B [002] direction perpendicular to the specimen surface,independent of the metallographic morphology. 2) The Fe2B grains formed in the initial stage of the boriding process have a random orientation. 3) In thicker borided layers, the degree of preferred orientation with the Fe2B [002] direction perpendicular to the specimen surface increases in proportion to the case depth, but with some variations. 4) If the borided layers are ground off with some survival of the Fe2B grains, and the specimens are subjected to an additional boriding process,the degree of the preferred orientation is greater than that of the original coresponding borided layers.
