甲醇在高硅沸石上转化为低碳烯烃的研究——Ⅱ.反应工艺参数及放大因素影响的考察

【摘要】 在反应器体积为200ml的扩大试验装置上,以颗粒度φ2×4mm的改质高硅沸石为催化剂,对甲醇转化为低碳烯烃的反应进行了系统的工艺参数影响考察。认为采用较高反应温度和较低操作压力以及以水为稀释剂有利于低碳烯烃的生成。在550℃,WHSV(MeOH)1.5h-1及常压的条件下,催化剂连续运转累计810小时以上,取得了C2—C4低碳烯烃和乙烯收率分别为88.6和31.9%的结果。
【Abstract】 Process variables of methanol conversion to lower olefins were investigated systematically in a bench scale pilot plant with a 200ml enlarged laboratory reactor and φ2 × 4mm whole pellet modified zeolite catalyst. It is found that higher reaction temperature, lower operation pressure and water as diluent are more favorable to the conversion of methanol to lower olefins. The zeolite catalyst of whole pellet size sustained a stability test over 810 hours and 38 oxidative regenerations, handling over 1200 parts of MeOH per unit weight of catalyst and yielding C2 - C4 olefins and ethylene 88.6 and 31.9% respectively at 550℃, normal pressure and WHSV(MeOH) 1.5h-1 in a bench scale equipment.
