ABO3材料对乙醇敏感特性的研究

【摘要】 本文从LaFeO3、LaSrFeO3等多种复合氧化物材料的制备出发,分析了制得材料的一般结构和性质。用这些材料制得的元件对乙醇和其他气体的气敏特性进行了测量和比较,表明用(NH42CO3沉淀混合硝酸盐溶液制得的材料灵敏度较高,其中尤以LaSrFeO3材料制得的元件有更高的灵敏度和选择性,很少受汽油、CO、H2、C4H10等的干扰。

【Abstract】 In this paper the preparation and structure of complex oxide of LaFeO3, LaSrFeO3 etc. are studied by the experiments. The gas-sensitive character of the sensors made from the materials are measured and compared. The results show that the materials prpepared from precipitate in solution of mixing nitrate possess higher sensitivity. The sensitivity and selectivity of sensors made by LaSrFeO3 are quite well. And they aren’t disturbed by present of petrol, CO, H2, C4H10 etc.
