【摘要】 本文应用模糊综合评判的方法预测产妇的分娩方武,建立了较为简单可行的数学模型.对于临床常见的主要分娩因素给出了各自的单因素评判结果,并列成便于临床医生使用的表格.根据该表对429位足月单胎的初产妇的分娩方式进行了验证和预测,临床符合率均达到90%以上.表明该方法能应用于临床判断产妇的分娩方式.更多还原

【Abstract】 This article applies fuzzy multifactorial evaluations to predict the childbirth manner of Lying-in women,set a simple and feasible mathematical model. For ohief childbirth factors which are often seen in clinic, the evaluations result to each single factor is given, and a table that is convent to be used for clinic doctors has been made, According to this table we have verified and predicted childbirth manners of 429 Lging-in women.The rates according with the clinic all reached more than 90%. so it shows that this method can be applied to judge clinically childbirth manners of Lying-in women.更多还原
