切削过程在线监测新模型
A New Model for On-Line Monitoring in Cutting Process
【摘要】 本文根据切削过程中一些参数的变化规律,从理论上首次提出了一种新的时间序列分析模型,即常系数固定价ARC(2)模型。理论分析和试验结果证明,此模型稳定可靠,并且可行,用于在线监测的速度比目前较快的模型AR(2)还快27%以上。
【Abstract】 According to the change pattern of some parameters in metal cutting processes, this paper proposes for the first time a new time series analysis model-Autoregressive Constant Model ARC(2). It has beentheoretically and experimentally proved that this model is feasible, stable and deperidable and the speed of the modol monitoring in-process is faster than that of the conventional AR(2) model over 27%.
