【Abstract】 An active-C-oscillator circuit, employing two operational amplifiers, without external resistors but two capacitors was proposed in this paper. It sets up to oscillate naturally& has a stable output amplitude with a good sinusoidal wave form. By changing a capacitor, one can adjust the frequency continously in a wide frequency. The frequency of oscillationis determined by the gain bandwidth product & the ratio of the capacitors. The circuit is fitted for integration in MOS technology更多还原
