【摘要】 特制的骨、关节活检针(BAPBN),用作关节腔穿刺引流、双腔灌洗引流,或钻取骨标本活检,临床应用42例51次,计5个病种。多数病例一次完成诊断和治疗计划。对骨的急、慢性炎症、肿瘤等活检结果,全部与手术切取标本、临床检查和治疗结果相符。还就骨、关节穿刺引流活检针的构造、用法、适应症和临床应用结果作了介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 A special set of bone and joint puncture-biopsy needle was self-designed by authors for draining of arthrosis or double-tube draining, or punch-biopsy. The needle is a casing pipe, and a tip of the needle is cycle saw shape. It were used for fouty-two cases, fifty-one times in five kinds of diseases. The plan of diagnosis and treatment was finished in most of them in one time. Ths results of the punch-biopsy tallied with that of operative speciment and other clinical examination in the patients with acute or chronic inflamatations, tumors and so on. In this article, the construction of the needle, technique, indication and the result of clinical application were introduced.更多还原
