【摘要】 本文报道使用成都仪器厂产NXE—1型锥板式粘度计在5.75S^-1～307.2S^-1的切变率范围内测定了100只健康青紫兰种家兔的全血表观粘度,血浆粘度(230S^-1)及红细胞压积的正常值。全血表观粘度值,高体重组在中切变率段高于低体重组。表现出随压积值增高而加大。血浆粘度值在不同体重、性别和红细胞压积各组间无显著差异,红细胞压积值与文献报道一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cone-plate viscometer type NXE-I made in Chengclo instrument plant, was used to measure the normal value of the blood apparent viscosity, plasma viscosity 230S^-1 and the hematocrit reading of erythrocyte among 100 healthy grey rabbits within the shear rate limits of 5.75S^-1～307.2S^-1. The value of the blood apparent viscosity of the high-weight group seems hihger than that of the low-weight group, within the shear rate limits of 46S^-1～115S^-1. The blood apparent viscosity value increase with the increase value of hematocrit. There are ro apparent differences of the plasma viscosity value among the groups of different weight, different sex and different erythror.yte hematcerit reading.
