【摘要】 本文对36例原发性扩张型心肌病患者心电图进行了分析。本组除一例外均有心电图异常改变(97％),其主要分类为:①异位搏动和室上性、室性心动过速;②房室扩大;③QRS低电压,异常Q波,原发性ST—T改变;④传导障碍。以左室肥厚(50％)和异位搏动及异位节律(50％)为最常见。对异常Q波的形成及与心肌梗塞的鉴别作了讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Electrocardiograms (ECG) of 36 patients with primary dilated cardiomyopathy were analysed. All but one of these patients had abnormal electrocardiograms (97%), which could be classified as: ① ectopic beats, supraventricular and ventricular tachycardias; ② atrial and ventricular enlargement; ③ low QRS voltages, abnormal Q waves primary ST—T changes; ④ conduction disturbances.The most frequent ECG changes seen in this group were left ventricular enlargement (50%), ectopic beats and ectopic rhythms(50%).The pathogenesls of abnormal Q waves in patients with primary dilated cardiomyopathy and their differetlal diagnostic points points with those of myocardlal infarction were discussed.更多还原
