人工低温对大鼠实验性心肌梗塞的影响——Ⅱ.对缺血心肌超微结构和组织化学变化的影响
EFFECTS OF HYPOTHERMIA ON ULTRASTRUCTURAL AND HISTOCHEMICAL CHANGES OF ISCHEMIC MYOCARDIUM
【摘要】 本实验观察人工低温对大鼠左冠状动脉结扎后缺血心肌超微结构和组织化学变化的影响。发现人工低温使冠脉结扎后6小时的心肌超微结构病变程度普遍减轻,尤以对核染色质及线粒体的影响最显著;并使缺血心肌保存了较强的琥珀酸脱氢酶、乳酸脱氢酶、Mg++激活的ATP酶活性以及较多的糖元。这些结果进一步从细胞及亚细胞水平上证实了人工低温对缺血心肌的保护作用。
【Abstract】 The effccts of hypothermia on the ultrastructural and histochemicai changes of ischemic myocar-dium aftcr ligation of left coronary artery were determined in rat. The results showed that an overall decrease of ultrastructural injunes of ischemic myocardium, especially in the nuclei and mitochon-drions was observed 6 hours after coronary artery occlusion. At the same time, stronger activities of succinate dehydrogenase, lactic dehydrogenase and adenosinetriphosphatase were maintained and more glycogen conserved in the ischemic myocardium ander hypothermia. These results confirm that hypo-thermia has protective effects on ischemic myocardium at cellular and subcellular Ievels.
