hCG单克隆抗体对家兔hCG、LHRH类似物及LH诱发排卵的影响
INFLUENCE OF MONOCLONAL ANTI-hCG ANTIBODY ON OVULATION INDUCED BY hCG LH AND LHRH-A IN RABBIT
【摘要】 本工作观察了一种抗hCGβ亚单位的单克隆抗体(BAH1)对hCG、LHRH-A及LH对家兔诱发排卵的影响。结果表明,我们获得的这一抗体可特异地阻断hCG诱发排卵,血中hCG含量明显下降,但不影响LH的生物活性。显示hCG和LH在发挥生物效应时其参与的结构可能不同。
【Abstract】 Monoclonal anti-hCO antibody was injected in the vein of female rabbits. One hour later, fourty-five rabbits were divided into three groups.The first group were administered 100 IU hCG each, the second group were given 100μg LHRH-A each and the third group had veinal administration of 4800 IU Bovine LH each. Instead of monoclonal antibody identical volume of mice serum was given to the control group.The animals were sacrificed in 48 hours for the examination of ovarian corpus hemorrhagium. Fallopian tubes were washed with saline and the number of ova was counted under microscope.It was found that monoclonal anti-hCG antibody could effectively inhibit ovulation induced by hCG, but it couldn’t inhibit ovulation induced by LH and LHRH-A.It was shown that the serum Ievels of hCG revealed a significant decrease after administration of monoclonal anti-hCG.These results suggest that monoclonal anti-hCG antibody given through vein can lead to decrease of serum free hCG, which may in tum cause the inhibition of ovulation. It may be suggested that the biological activities of hCG and LH are different.
