Graves氏病甲状腺滤泡细胞的扫描电镜观察

【摘要】 用扫描电镜观察了8例治疗后甲状腺机能亢进患者的甲状腺滤泡细胞表面结构。多数滤泡细胞为胞吞功能活跃的Ⅲ型细胞,较少为胞吐功能活跃的Ⅱ型细胞,而功能低下的Ⅰ型细胞更少见或缺如。从甲亢病例的甲状腺滤泡细胞表面结构的观察结果进一步说明甲状腺滤泡细胞表面形态可以反映细胞功能周期变化及不同甲状腺疾病的功能状态。治疗后甲亢患者的甲状腺内可见功能活跃的滤泡细胞转变为功能低下的细胞,从而亦反映了疾病的控制状态。

【Abstract】 Eight cases of hyperthyroidism were studied by scanning electron microscope. The surface structures of follicular celis showed most celis were endocytosis-active Type Ⅲ celis, exocytosis-active Type Ⅱ celis were found less, and low functional Type l cells scanty or absent. The observations of surface structures in cases of hyperthyroidism further explained that the surface morphology might reflect the functional cycle of follicular celis, and the functional conditions of thyroid diseases as well. In cases of treated hyperthyroidism it could be seen that the active-appearing Type Ⅲ celis transformed into quiescent-appearing Type I celis. thus reflecting the condition of disease under control.
