【摘要】 本文用快速付立叶变换(Fast Fourier transform,FFT)法对24例正常人和52例心肌梗塞病人的第一、第二心音的功率谱进行了分析,并对心音谱峰位置、相对强度进行了统计学处理,指出第二心音较第一心音相应峰值频率为高。心梗病人第二峰频率高于正常人第二峰频率,并出现明显的第三峰,第一峰与正常人无明显差异,心梗病人第一心音强度略有增加,第二心音强度无明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, the power spectra of the first and the second heart sounds of 34 normai subjects and 52 myocardial infarction patiens were analysed, by using Fast Fourier transform. The statistical results indicate that the average frequency of spectral peaks of the second heart sound is higher than that of the first heart sound in both groups. Frequencies of the second spectral peaks of old myoca-rd al infarction patients are higher than those of normai subjects. The third peaks apper in spectrum of the first heart sound of old myocardial infarction and the first peaks do not appear significantly different from those of normai subjects. The intensity of the first heart sound of old myocardial infarction patients is a little higher than that of normai subjects.更多还原
