带蒂大网膜脊髓移位的动物实验研究

【摘要】 本文是“犬脊髓局部血液循环阻断的实验观察”的第二步动物实验研究,即在脊髓局部缺血手术后,即刻进行带蒂大网膜脊髓移位手术。犬在手术后两个月左右,截瘫可以恢复;脊髓解剖观察,可见大网膜和脊髓附着粘连而无压迫,网膜血管长入脊髓,取脊髓标本切片,Nissl法染色,细胞结构保持正常,只是细胞数目稍微减少。

【Abstract】 This study is a succeeding animal experiment research of "Paraplegia caused by spinal cord local ischemia, an animal spinal cord ischemia model". As soon as the local spinal cord ischemia was made, we perfored pedicled omentum spinal transposition onto spinal cord ischemia segments immediately. The dogs recovered from paraplegia about two months. The spinal cord specimen showed that the omentum adhered to the spinal cord without compression. The omental vessels had grown into spinal cord. The cross sections of specimen were stained with Nissl method; the structure of nerve cell perserved its normal figure but the number of nerve cells decreased.
