【摘要】 本文用冷干法和共沉法制备了消炎痛和β-环糊精复合物。实验证明两种复合物的溶出速率明显增加,但对大鼠的局部刺激性却未见减轻。应用荧光分光光度法测定了产品所含消炎痛的血药浓度,结果表明冷干品的生物利用度有所提高,但统计上无显著性差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The complex of β-cyclodextrin and indomethacin was prepared by freeze drying and coprecipitated methods. It was found that dissolution rate of the complex can be improved significantly. When the complex was administrated to stomach of rat, the comparision of the two products with the raw material shows no difference in irritability. Aspectrofluorometeric method was used for the determination of blood level in dogs. The bioavailability can be increased by freeze drying complexs, but is no signicant difference in statics.更多还原
