【摘要】 本文报告了我院收治的PeutS-Jeghers综合征(PJS)12例,其家族性发病率为41.7％。发病年龄5～33岁。临床特点为口周和颊粘膜色素斑和胃肠道多发性息肉,息肉分布在小肠者75％,胃者33.3％,结肠和直肠者58.3％。X线对息肉的诊断颇具特征性者为多数圆形光滑小充盈缺捐或圆形钡斑。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twelve cases of Peutz-Jeghers syndrome (PJS) were reported. Familial incidence established patho logically was about 41,7%. Clinical features were pigmented spots on the lips and oral mucosa with gastrointestinal tract polyposis, with the small bowel involved in 75%, the stomach in 33.3% and the colon-rectum in 58,3% of the patients.Typical signs shown in X-ray were msall filling defects or spherical stains of barium.更多还原
