“美容牌”染发剂对雄性小鼠生殖细胞非程序DNA合成的诱导

【摘要】 本文应用雄性小鼠生殖细胞非程序DNA合成(UDS)检测方法研究了“美容牌”染发剂对雄性生殖细胞DNA的损伤作用。发现该染发剂诱发的UDS与药物剂量呈线性正相关。提示此类染发剂对雄性生殖细胞DNA有损伤作用。其遗传毒理效应应引起注意。

【Abstract】 "Meirong" hair dye, one of the oxidation hair dyes was injected intraperi-toneally into mice. 3H-TdR was injected into both testicles of the animals. On the 17th day after the above treatment, sperms from the caudal epididy-mides were counted and incorporation of 3H-TdR into sperm DNA was deter-mined with scintiilometer. Administration of 50, 100 mg/kg hair dye resulted in higher incorporation of 3H-TdR than that of the control, with. a statisti-cally significant difference. If the injection of 3H-TdR was perfomed 4 h after the hair dye treatment, the incorporation was even higher. The num-ber of sperms and volume of the testicles were not significantly different from that of the control. This study provided evidence that oxidation hair dyes or their metabolites may reach the germ cells of adult mice in sufficient amounts and the duration of their injurious actions was quite long to produce DNA damage. However, "Meirong" hair dye produced less damage to DNA than MMS, and did not affect development of the germ cells in male mice.
