【Abstract】 Since the second Song-hua River has been found to be polluted by methyl-mercury compounds in 1972, the authors have been trying to find out the degree of seriousness to the fishermen and to explore the dose-effect relationship. From the beginning of 1978, the authors began to make a toxicological experiment on cats fed on methylmercury polluted river fish. Pathological changes in cerebella were found in these cats following chronic poisoning of methylmercury compounds or chronic Minamata disease.更多还原
