【摘要】 穴位针刺引起大鼠痛阈明显上升,缰核内γ—氨基丁酸(GABA)含量增高。看来缰核内GABA的增多是抑制缰核活动引起痛阈上升的原因。

【Abstract】 Acupoint needling can raise the pain threshold in rats with an increase in GABA concentration in habenula. It is apparent that ncrease in GABA concentration is the cause of rising in pain threshold through its inhibitory effect on habenular activity.
