【Abstract】 Herpes simplex keratitis (HSK) patients were treated with acyclovir(ACV) or virazole (VIZ) and human leukocyte interferon (IFN) .ACV and IFN were used in Group A; VIZ and IFN were used in Group B。 The mean healing time for the superficial type of the disease were 6.7 and 10.8 days respectively for these 2 groups> and that for the stromal type of the disease were 10.4 and 15.7 days respectively, Our results indicate that combination therapy with ACV and IFN is more effective than that with VIZ and IFN (P<0.01) .The results also suggest that ACV is a strong antiviral agent and is worthy for being widely used in treatment of HSK.更多还原
