紫外分光光度法和荧光法测定昆明山海藤碱A片中雷公藤次碱的含量
Quantitative determination of wilforine in tablet of alkaloid A from Tripterygium hypoglaucum(Levl.)Hutch with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorometry
【摘要】 本文报道用紫外分光光度法和荧光法定量测定昆明山海棠碱A片中雷公藤次碱的方法,分析了片剂中碱的含量。雷公藤次碱的每一条标准曲线的相关系数均极接近于1。在270nm处紫外分光光度法的最低检测浓度为18.0μg/ml;荧光法为0.60μg/ml。此二法均极方便、灵敏并适于快速分析。
【Abstract】 Ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorometry were used for determination of wilforine in tablet of alkaloid A from T. hypoglaucum calibration curve of wilforine in each has a correlation coefficient approximately approaching l . The lowest concentration for detection is 18 μg/ml at 270 nm for ultravio-let spectrophotometry and 0.6 μg/ml for fluorometry. These two methods are very sensitive, convenient and suitable for rapid analyses.
