【摘要】 自1986年5月至1986年11月我院儿科及保健门诊应用硫酸锌治疗观察小儿厌食症等109例。治疗组84例,对照组25例,两组于治疗前后均做了血锌含量测定。其中治疗组血锌值均低;经补锌治疗后食欲明显增加,症状显著改善,对照组全部无效。4岁以上患儿均做了味觉敏感度实验,治疗后味觉均有显著提高,药物治疗过程中副作用极小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Of the 109 anorexia patients treated in our clinc from May to November in 1986, zinc sulphate preparation was given to 84 patients, with [another 25 anor etic patients as the control group.Concentration of zinc in blood samples were tested both before and after the treatment.In the therapeutic group, the children’s appetite improved obviously,with statistically significant difference when compared with the control group.The side effect was proved to be minimal.Therefore, zinc sulphate is suggested in treatment of anorexia, delayed development, ora ulceration and severe eczema.更多还原
