【Abstract】 Operative diagnoses and pathological examinations were made in 169 patients with renal tuberculosis.Prior to the operation,radionuclear renography,ultrasonic scanning and X-ray renography were performed.Complete agrcement (100%)was seen in radionuclear renogram and this was better than ultrasonic scanning (95.3%) and X-ray renography(96.4%).In renography, the positive results were higher and appeared earlier than the bulk of clinical and experimental examinations. Combined with other examinations, renogram may be an ideal screening method in early diagnosis of renal tuberculosis.更多还原
