兔血清与脑脊液5HT含量的实验研究

【摘要】 本文报道了同时测定兔血清与脑脊液中5-羟色胺(5HT)的实验结果。我们测定了10只兔的正常值,血清为4.219±0.784μg/ml,脑脊液为34.42±6.76ng/ml。研究生理状态下兔血清和脑脊液5HT含量关系。结果表明两者间无正相关性(r=0.059)。又观察了给L-色氨酸和人参皂甙后两者含量的变化。L-色氨酸按20mg/kg腹腔注射,30分钟后取血和脑脊液测定。结果血清和脑脊液5HT含量均增高,即呈正相关关系。人参皂甙的给药是按60mg/kg腹腔注射,连续给药6天后取血和脑脊液,测得其脑脊液5HT增高,血清5HT降低,即呈负相关关系。

【Abstract】 Simultaneous determination of 5-HT contents in serum and CSF under different conditions was performed. A total of 10 rabbits were used for this purpose. The normal value of 5-HT in the serum was found to be 4.219±0.784μg/ml and that of CSF was 34.42±6 .76ng/ml .The relation of 5-HT content in serum and CSF under physiological conditions was purposely observed and the experimental results showed that there was no positive correlation(r=0.037). Observation on the changes of 5-HT certent in both was also carried out 30 minutes after intraperitoneal administration of 20 mg/kg of L-tryptophan.5-HT contents in both serum and CSF were elevated, so as to give a positive correlation. Ginseng saponin was given by intraperitoneal injections at an amount of 60 nig/kg daily for 6 successive days and 5-HT contents in the serum and CSF were then determined. It was found that 5-HT in CSF was elevated, while that in the serum was lowered, so as to give a positive correlation in the former and a negative one in the latter.
