【Abstract】 The Central Commitee of CPC pointed out that the development oftownship industry is necessary to thrive rural economy .The township in-dustry in the suburb of Beijing had been developed rapidly and becomean important part of the rural economy since 1979. The critical problemat present is how to develop the township induslry fudther.
