BaO·YO1.5·SiO2和BaO·LaO1.5·SiO2系统玻璃结构的拉曼光谱研究
Raman Spectroscopic Study of the Structure of BaO-YO1.5-SiO2 and BaO-LaO1.5-SiO2 Glasses
【摘要】 <正> 近年来,稀土氧化物玻璃的研究已引起广泛的注意。这是由于稀土氧化物玻璃具有高热阻、高机械强度和化学稳定性,再者,该类玻璃可制造重要的激光器。但是,有关该类玻璃的结构、结构与性质之间关系的研究并不十分充分。本文旨在通过该类玻璃的拉曼(Raman)光谱获得玻璃的有关结构数据。
【Abstract】 In this paper some structural informations of rare-earth oxide containing glasses were obtained on the measurement of their Baman spectra. On the basis of calculation the Baman spectra of BaO-YO1.5-SiO2 and BaO-LaO1.5-SiO2 glasses may be divided into four individual bands in the high frequency region (800-1200cm-1). The variation of peak intensity of the band verified that quantities of=SiO,=SiO2 and SiO4 units in the structure altered with the change of composition.
