【Abstract】 In this paper some structural informations of rare-earth oxide containing glasses were obtained on the measurement of their Baman spectra. On the basis of calculation the Baman spectra of BaO-YO1.5-SiO2 and BaO-LaO1.5-SiO2 glasses may be divided into four individual bands in the high frequency region (800-1200cm-1). The variation of peak intensity of the band verified that quantities of=SiO,=SiO2 and SiO4 units in the structure altered with the change of composition.更多还原
