【摘要】 本文介绍我院治疗涉及距下关节面跟骨骨折48例,54个跟骨骨折。对39个新鲜骨折分别以保守功能疗法、手术撬拨复位、及切开复位骨胶充填三种方法治疗。随访结果手术复位组中优级的百分比明显高于保守疗法。文内提出跟骨骨折的常见并发症及处理方法。作者强调治疗陈旧性骨折时,应仔细进行鉴别,确定疼痛病因,才能提高疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forty-eight patients with 54 calcaneal fractures involving the subtalar joint were treated and followed-up for an average of 32.7 months. of the 39 fractures, 19 were treated conservatively by functional exercise without reduction; seven were treated wiith reduction by external manipulation and axial fixation, 13 were treated by open reduction and the use of bone cement. The results of early surgical reduction are significantly better than the results of conservative nonsurgical treatment. The treatment and complications of calcaneal fractures are discussed. Correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment are important to prevent a poor result.更多还原
