【摘要】 本文报道9例鼻腔和上颌窦良性、恶性混合瘤。男5例,女4例,平均年龄43.9岁。临床以鼻堵、鼻腔肿物为主要特征。治疗以手术切除为主或辅以放射治疗。良性混合瘤多次复发可转变成恶性,一般恶性混合瘤对放疗呈中度敏感。彻底手术切除者一般预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reported 9 cases of benign and malignant mixed tumors in the nasal cavity and the maxillary sinua. There were 5 male and 4 female, the mean age was 43.9. Their main characteristics were nasal obstruction and intranasal mass. The treatments undergone were surgical excision alone or combined with radiotherapy. Benign mixed tumors would be turned into malignant ones if the tumors recurred many times after removal. Malignant mixed tumors are moderate sensitive to radiotherapy. A better prognosis can be achieved by thorough excision.更多还原
