【摘要】 本文用AZN-Ⅱ型心血管测试仪观察了ASA I-Ⅱ级青壮年患者40例气管插管时心血管反应。结果表明,气管插管时不但血压增高、脉搏加快且心输出量、心脏指数、每搏量、每搏指数、左室泵力均明显增加,微循环半更新时间明显缩短及外周总阻力下降。用芬太尼氟哌啶合剂一个全量及加上1.5mg/kg的利多卡因均能减轻心血管反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cardio-vascurar responses in 40 adult patients were observed during endo-tracheal intubation with AZN-Ⅱ type monitoring apparatus. Hemodynamic changes including the increase of BP, PR, CO, CI, SV, SI, and VPE and the descrease of RT and ALT were observed. It showed that a total dose of fentanyl-droperidol mixture alone or in conjunction with lidocaine (1.5mg/kg) could reduce these cardio-vascular responses considerably.更多还原
