【摘要】 本文报告5例鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤扫描电镜观察。被覆上皮有纤毛上皮、非纤毛上皮和鳞状上皮。纤毛丛生,纤毛丛中杂以被覆微绒毛的杯形细胞,纤毛膜光滑。非纤毛上皮细胞呈铺石样、鹅卵石样、表面圆拱状排列。微绒毛长短、茂密程度不等。鳞状细胞呈石板样排列。并见有微嵴细胞。微嵴的结构及排列有助于本肿瘤癌变的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Five cases of observation of inverted papillomas of the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are reported. The inverted papillomas presented with ciliated, nonciliated, and squamous epithelium. The cilia were very densely packed together. Goblet cells covered by microvilli were found in the cilia forests. The nonciliated epithelial cells looked like a mosaic of slabstones and cobblestones and showed domed shapes on the surface. The length and density of the microvilli varied. The squamous cells resembled polygonal slabstones which overlapped each other. Microridge cells could be seen in all cases. The structure and arrangement of the microridge in the mircroridge cells could be of assistance in evaluating the presence of malignant change in inverted papilloma.更多还原
