【摘要】 本文报告了68个肺部感染病例体液免疫指标——血清IgG、IgM、IgA和C₃的变化并选取其中26例分成两组（每组13例）,使用两种不同的治疗方法（一组用中西医结合方法,另一组用单纯西医方法）,比较两组治疗前后上述每种指标的变化,对所获数据进行统计学处理。结果表明。与正常人血清IgM、IgG、IgA和C₃相比,患有肺部感染的病人治疗前血清IgG明显降低,IgA明显上升,而IgM和C₃则无明显的变化。在治疗后,用中西医结合方法治疗的病人血清IgM比使用西医治疗病人的血清IgM明显高,在治疗前与正常人相比有明显升高的两组病人的IgA没有明显变化,IgG仍然很低,C₃亦仍无明显变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 The change of humoral immune indices—serum IgG, IgM, IgA and C₃ of 68 Patients who had pulmonary infection was reported in our artical. 26 of them were selected and divided into two groups, in each of which there were 13 patients. The two groups were treated in two different ways （one was to use the integrated traditional and western medicine, the other was to use the western medicine only）.The change of each index before and after the treatment was compared. In the end, a statistical treatment for the obtained data was made. It has been turned out that compared with the serum IgM, IgG, IgA and C₃ of normal per sons, IgG of the patients having pulmonary infection before the treatment was reduced clearly, their IgA went up obviously but IgM and C₃ had no obvious change.After the treatment, the serum IgM of the patient treated in the way of using the integrated traditional and western medicine was much higher than that of those treated in the way to use the western medicine only; IgA of those groups which went up obviously before the treatment, compared with IgA of normaI persons, had no obvious change now; IgG was still lower; C₃ had no obvious change.更多还原
